Whether preparing residential lots, overall neighborhood development, or utility work, our ideal operator is someone who can operate a wide variety of equipment efficiently and safely. This requires you to conduct a morning inspection of your equipment. You'll also need to fuel and grease your equipment everyday. You'll order repairs and maintenance when required. You'll report to your foreman for direction and responsibilities. What we're looking for:

*Ability to operate a Dozer, Excavator, Wheel Loader, and Skid Steer
*Ability to bench or slope utility ditches for pipe crew
*Ability to construct building pads to the correct elevations
*Ability to finish grade sidewalks and road sub-grades
*Ability to slope ponds to match plan elevations
*Familiarity with TopCon GPS machine control a plus
*OSHA safety knowlege (We can help with training)
*Knowledge of codes and construction processes
*Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
